1) product must be brought from amazon.in and from seller visit online Hoopa store

2) buying must be at full price. Discounted buying not eligible for warranty

3) product must be used with care and due diligence

4) warranty is for 3 month period

5) wrongful use of product, causing excessive wear and tear, claim not eligible

6) warranty must be claimed within 5 days of purchase

7) warranty needs to be registered on www.hoopa.in/warranty

8) warranty is specifically for ergonomic contours. Other issues not eligible

9) product will be exchanged if under warranty is accepted

10) warranty claim accepted only at www.hoopa.in/warranty

11) after warranty claim is accepted, send your product to Seller's address, to address provided by Seller

11) for obtaining return address send whatsapp to +91 9320008055

12) after verifying the returned product, claim will be approved if defect is found to have originated due to manufacturing process and not otherwise

13) if claim is approved fresh product will be couriered to buyer after approval

14) Seller's decision is final and binding and cannot be disputed by buyer or at any court of law or of authority.
